Atelier Magata stands for bold softness, intentional craftsmanship, and that signature tension between ease and surprise.

Rooted in Berlin yet shaped by Mediterranean sensibilities, the studio creates made-to-order garments and accessories that blend sartorial structure with poetic freedom. Each piece is meticulously handcrafted using natural, high-quality materials, ensuring both elegance and longevity—for wardrobes that tell stories over time.

Inspired by travel and everyday rituals, Atelier Magata explores the balance between experimentation and intention — between structure and spontaneity. The result is functional yet effortless pieces with a playful twist designed to live with you: in motion and at rest, in daily rituals or faraway places.

Founded by designer Marina Raffaelli, the Atelier is rooted in years of working with textiles, found materials, and memory. The name Magata traces back to the Italian word ammaliata — wild, enchanted — a reflection of the intuitive, hands-on process that defines the work.

Through a slow process and Italian savoir-faire, Atelier Magata offers a gentler approach to getting dressed grounded in care and deeper connection between the wearer and their clothing.

The label features a permanent collection of 10+ carefully developed patterns. These silhouettes evolve slowly, drop by drop, with seasonal changes in fabric, fibre, and palette — a rhythm that reflects both time and feeling.
